General Terms

By engaging LVS Coachworks Limited (Company Number: 10379439) for vehicle repair services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Our registered office address is 164 Dukes Road, Park Royal, London, England, W3 0SL.

Payment Terms

For private repairs, customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total job cost, including VAT. This deposit covers the cost of parts. Insurance repairs require customers to confirm their VAT status and the excess on their insurance policy. Customers within a 50-mile radius of our workshop are liable for a minimal charge of £50.00 + VAT, with the fee increasing depending on the location and distance.

Delivery Timescales / Service / Booking Terms

Repair times may vary and are not guaranteed. Upon booking, we will provide an estimated completion date for your repair. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change.

Warranty

LVS Coachworks provides a 12-month warranty on repair jobs completed by our team. If a customer has a complaint regarding paintwork within the warranty period, we will offer to complete a reworks repair free of charge.

Cancellation Terms

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations may be subject to fees, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds and Returns

Customers are required to sign a satisfaction note upon receipt or collection of their vehicle from our site. This note serves as confirmation that they are satisfied with the repairs carried out. If a customer has a dispute after signing the satisfaction note, an investigation will take place to establish liability. LVS Coachworks will hold photographs of vehicles before, during, and after repair for the purpose of these investigations. This process will be communicated to the customer before they sign the relevant form.

Storage Fees

Unless a prior agreement has been made with the customer, all completed repairs must be collected within 7 days. Otherwise, a daily rate of £25.00 + VAT will be applicable.

Courtesy Vehicle Terms of Service

Customers are required to fill in a hire agreement before taking one of our courtesy vehicles. For private payers, the excess must be paid upfront, and the amount will be disclosed upon signing the form.

Upon returning the vehicle, if the condition is the same as when it was released, the full excess will be refunded to the customer. However, if any damage is found, a deduction will be applied accordingly. If a customer is using insurance for the courtesy vehicle, LVS Coachworks must be provided with a written email from the insurance company stating that they agree to cover the hire costs.
